Pesquera de Duero, Valladolid, October 2018
Pisarrosas 2014 is released with style being qualified as an Excellent Wine in its presentation at 2019 Guía Peñín.
The Spanish wine reference rating guide Guía Peñín awards 90 points to our red wine Pisarrosas 2014 in its debut, entering the category of Excellent Wine (90-94 points).
Pisarrosas 2014: a fearless tempranillo, which grows in bush vines at almost 1,000 m. of altitude in dry farmed fields: limestone lands scourged by ungrateful winds and embraced by the permanent sun in Pesquera de Duero. The reward for this adversity of the elements is a crianza with a unique character and an overwhelming personality.
The Nexus range has been awarded over 91 points. Nexus Crianza 2011 has scored 92 points. An excellent vintage for a satiny wine full of life. The delicate aging has done nothing but enhance its elegance, without losing even the tiniest bit of color or nerve.
Nexus Plus 2011, with 91 points, embodies the seduction of the Tempranillo. Very old vines from the area of La Horra, with both elaboration and aging in the finest French oak. The magic of Nexus Plus lies in its freshness and its long life, a caress that envelops the palate.
This recognition is a boost to our vision of the Ribera del Duero, land of prestigious red wines, intense and bold but always emphasizing the elegance of the Tempranillo as the singular reference.
